well ive got 260bhp with 18psi approx boost pressure, my act temps at the moment on a hot day run around the high 30`s - low 40`s but i think that could be improved on alot with bumper mods coz at the mo my cooler has about half or a touch more directly blocked via the bumper and bonnet etc........love my water temps though coz most of the time, unless being driven real hard on a hot day, they generally sit at about a quarter on the gauge, my aftermarket gauge doesnt even register lol. ive got a turbo cooler to fit along side the front mount aswell to try so im looking at even lower temps.

if and when i go bigger bhp and boost ill still see how the pro alloy cooler performs as the cooler itself is a work of art, beautiful bit of kit. if however i need to change it will be for a grs item............one thing to remember though, the pro alloy cooler has no pressure drop, i think infact you get a slight increase, the grs you do get a drop on the twin pass cooler......thats direct info from grs aswell.

definately a compromise between the two, if ya running big bhp what do you want, nice low act`s with the added increase in water temps, or do you want low water temps with higher act`s. no doubt someone on here will say theyve found grs to be fine for act`s and they also run good water temps but im talking in general terms.
