Timing belt is warranted for 100,000 miles from Ford.
Anti freeze is indeed good enough for 10 years.
However..................
Cambelt tensioners tend to go way before the belt does which is outside of the Ford warranty (but does all the same damage as a broken belt would!

) so most people tend to get the job done sooner.............some as soon as 50k

but realistically around the 80 - 85k mark. You'd be damned unlucky to have one of the pair let go before then (although you can say that about most mechanical failures).
Chances are you'll tinker with the RS, wind the boost up and need to do the headgasket at some stage so you can just change the coolant then for new stuff
