There's no way that someone would drop an 11k car to that sort of price.

Are the stamped numbers not on the top of the metalwork by the strut top on the RH side? This was a prime place for rust and obviously the new panels don't have a VIN number so maybe some lazy fucker fitted a new panel and didn't stamp in the VIN?
