a standard 2.0l zetec head wont do much more than 220bhp the black top will do a bit more so no its not like a stg3 cvh head BUT the st170 head that will do 350-400 easy so ive been told

The standard silver top heads have been taken to 300bhp in standard trim I believe. Even the standard cams are good to 280+.
Peformance Ford just built a ZT running virtually same spec as mine (low comps, standard head, standard cams) and it dyno'd over 250bhp on a GT28 running 14psi.
Mine is defo pushing over 250 on standard cams etc... too.
Also I beleive the black top heads are also virtually indentical in port size etc...
The ST head is at its standard limit at 400.
