I would say £10K tops due to Mileage,no service history,rust etc. The time of year may help you get the price down because its F***ing cold & I can't see people looking for cars in this weather.

The cam belt will set u back £200 + @ Ford which you'll want to get done if their is no sign of it being done.

A lot depends on your budget ? If you have £11K then it might be a good buy @ the right price. If you have £13K then you'll get better.
