hi there,could be 1 of the above,i would put car on gas analyzer,c what co its running,could have air leak as u would get same symptoms,i would test lambda with multimeter,voltage from sensor should switch from around 150mv to 600mv approx.on gas analyzer you would identify air leak as lambda reading would bewell below the 1.000 perfect lambda,exhaust leak etc would also cause lambda to be low,worth checking i would say.
