Yeah Agilia is the dog bollocks. We scored a contract with Lewis Homes after we went to a development of theirs and their gaffer told us it cost them 4.5k to cast an 18m cube floor. We asked for the price breakdown and nearly half was labour . He hadnt even heard of self levelling and was shocked when we said we could have done that floor for 2k (conny and ONE man to supervise the pour @250 quid)
Radon is a right fooking con. Round here we just fit it regardless as the NE Derbyshire BC (both Bolsover and Chesterfield) are inbred fuckwits. They demand bore holes on nearly every job. We are NHBC reg and their man will accept trial pits rather than grands and grands worth of bores.
