but when you call them up and say the van is on the hard shoulder with collapsed suspension and they still send a patrol out to see if he can fix it (and then he calls back and says "it;'s fooked, i'll call a truck" and it takes 4 hours to get there from the time of the breakdown) it starts to get a little silly
