I'm now with Green Flag, and have been for the last 5 years - they are absolutely spot on. Fair enough, their work is franchised off, but none the less, garanteed to turn up when they say and the people who turn up are always a friendly bunch.
Best thing about it - they always asked what sort of recovery I would like, and always sent the correct one - IE, flatbed or van + trailer
i waited 6 fucking hours with the AA on the side of the m40/42 junction when my wheel bearing exploded...that was contracted out to local pikeys with a fucked up flatbed.
