I have my primary car BMW and this escort is just hobby

And the car is from the 80īs, problems are just normal..
But if you would like to tell how much tolerance is accepted in the turbocharger axle, i notice there is little bit of "clap" or what you say?
Then one problem is the fuel computer wont work, there is not power at all.. any ideas where start to find the problem?
