if you go to www.dervdoctor.co.uk he will up the fuelling and boost for you on your 1.8TD, he is near derby, it costs about £130

he does it properly, and mine still passed the emissions on the MOT

the 1.8TD works well with a BIG cone filter, dont put a small cheapo one on cos it dont do much good. i paid about £40 for a big BK racing one and it made it much more quicker off the line.

turning up the fuel pump idle screws advances the off-boost fuelling aswell, and remove the shock absorber off the throttle mechanism to make it rev better.

if you wanted to do a FMIC on the 1.8TD it costs around £200 so its not exactly like cossy tuning money lol, but is very worth while.
