bought a set of wheels of a guy on this site,in mid november could not get together to collect so he said he would post them to me.

posted at the end of november to me 3 wheels turned up next day delivery driver said may have been split up so the fourth wheel should be with you in the next couple of days.

two weeks later still no wheel been in touch with the guy he rang dhl and they say its on it way,week later i ring dhl they will have to look in to it as it could be lost so they will put a search for it and get back to me.

friday before christmas have a phone call of dhl to say that they have lost the wheel and need to make a claim,so i ring the claims number but as i am not the sender i can not make the claim so i have to ring the guy who sent them to do this for me,

he is not very help full with this as he said he was waiting for the form all the time,

he never replies to my messages threw passion ford any more,rang his phone the other day and with held my number and his partner answered and put him on the phone and he said he had not had my meassges and he had not been on passion ford for two weeks,but he has been putting things up for sale and his user name is at the bottom of the page so he has been on,

rang dhl myself yesterday to be told that the claim would have been payed out in seven working days.

what do i do next please
