Funny you mention that - I just bought THAT lead (from that seller) and to connect my PC (s-vid) to my TV (scart) and although that says it should - it doesn't!!!

What I actually got was a lead the other way round - cable from is scart TO s-vid - perfect for what you want. I have confirmed this byt plugging it into my Freeview box (scart end) and the s-vid end into my TV (using adapter) and it works fine.

so buy that one, will work for what you want.
