Why? Because i want to, because i can. When we've won 9 of the 'new' trophy and they have these banners up with the numbers of trophies they've won of FA, Europe and league and it still has the old championship one on it then it makes it an even bigger piss take. They can't/won't put the premiership trophy on it until they win it.
Maybe you should tell Kaka the same mate, i saw him telling CL weekly that it would be great to be the first to retain the champions league. Yet forest did back to back european cups and its still the same trophy as well just new format/growth. But yeah i can't wait too as the hard work has been done only a few more needed now. We already have more FA cups so then it's just Europe.
