5 x ready to be painted 17 x 8 OZ mag superlites No pics until done but same as my sig wheels but bigger

Question 1......can i paint these with aerosol..i know you cant powder coat magnesium...so will it be ok????

Question 2......on each flat bit where the stickers go there are 4 tiny threaded holes,what they for?
