I've been and would go back, granted you need to be wise and ensure that food & water is bought from a good source, its just so cheap though. The beggars's and the lame are a pest at first, you dont half see some sorry sights, expect kids looking for pencils for their education to follow you about and yeah its true about using your hand after the andex runs out

The people on the whole are friendly and there are some beautiful sights to be seen, go for it
