definately an experience and in dehli worth going just for a 40mph ride in a tuk tuk the wrong way down a sliproad in the dark with no lights for 30p!!!
the fact that tut tut's struggle to reach 40 kph means that you just felt it was going much too fast for the surroundings
which is the other thing, just see how many forms of transportation there are over there
