fcuking everything!

We use the CHIEF entry system for exporting of household goods from the UK to various destinations, and we havent been able to carry out entries since yesterday.

further digging has unearthed this new harmonised export entry system, which I have 4 hours to learn!

Is it purely the coding that has changed or is there more to it?
