I took up cooking about 4 or 5 years ago, and my diet has totally changed as a result.
I'm eating so healthily now, as I control 100% what I put in my food - as many natural ingredients as possible, and it's a totally rewarding experience.
I recently cooked a lavish dinner for 16 people, and the compliments and the pleasure everyone got made it all worth while!
