i called the other night and told them the problem telling them iam a mechanic and they wouldnt be able to fix it and it would need to be towed, but the woman on the phone told me they had to send a mechanic first, he came and after an hour of trying he finally came to the decision it had to be towed and they charged me for the seven bridge 13.90 for the fucking truck cheeky bastards
