No, the smaller one is a 'rally' type plate. The six paddle version is the AP type.
I only speak from experience but sadly I have only been using these clutches on 4x4's for about 8 years so take what I have said with a pinch of salt

as i stated im not in anyway douting your advice as im in no persition to do so ,will be using the twin plate and trying to slip it a little less as i know it was my own fault i over heated it, just do nt like just dumping the clutch as im sick of breaking things

Obviously if you slip the life out of any clutch the end result for the clutch is not going to be good! But if you think that I side step the clutch to get results then consider this.. There is a video if me launching my car time after time at Brunters but on one run I manoeuvre the car to get it ready to launch but stupidly leave it in reverse

I launch the car but it only creeps backwards about one foot as I was able to detect the car was travelling in the wrong direction, that alone means I slip the clutch off the line! I suppose it depends on how much slip is used.
