Depending on how deep you want to go your first port of call should be a good accountant, he/she will register the name with Companies House, after a couple of weeks you'll recieve a company registration number, once you have one of those you pop down to any bank and ask to speak to a business advisor... I'd recomend the TSB as they I know are doing 18 months free business banking...
