Default Right help needed......

As you may know off some of my other threads i have bought a cheap mk4 escort cabbie with a fiesta rs turbo engine in it....

When i got the car it would not run so tonight me and big ern off here set about getting it running and after 45mins of poking about with the power probe as the in tank fuel pump was not working we noticed the wireing to the relay was not getting a earth so ended up tracing it back to the battery were it was tucked away, so we put it onto the earth and the pump started running after a few turns it started fireing but popping back through the filter so we checked the leads on the coil pack and found 1&4 were the wrong was round...

Next we went to fire it up and the battery was flat so out ian ran to his car armed with some sockets and brought me a nice charged battery and guess what..................

SHE FIRED UP .......

BUT.......after a couple of seconds she cut out... and kept doing this everytime we started it up........so i started thinking it was only getting bursts of fuel so i started hitting a fuel filter with my biggest hammer while ian turned it over...no luck..

Then out the blue i did summit that would put a smile on my face and i disconnected the throttle pos switch and she sprung to life puring like a kitten.............but everytime i tryed to rev it sounded like it had anti lag.......lol and if i connected the throttle switch again it would cut out.........

SO WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH IT????????????

can i just change the 2 outside wires like ya do with the cossies??????

by the way the fiesta rs turbo engine is using the cabbie's original EFI engine harness......

HELP......I WANT TO GIVE IT A THRASHING......
