Default Help starting problem H reg s2 rs turbo

I have a starting problem with my rst which I think is electrical.
When car is cold it takes a good 10 turns before the car starts up. When car is hot and left for half hour or so car will start after about 5 turns but u have to catch it with the throttle. If u dont catch it sometimes the car will not start at all. You have to leave it for about 15 mins and it normaly starts then or bumping it will start it.
When running the car drives great. Never cuts out and runs perfect.
I have had all the fueling checked by a garage cold start, pressure etc etc and everything is fine I was told it must be electrical.
I have changed spark plugs
Starter mota / battery (engine spins very fast now when trying to start)
Have tried swopping the fuel ecu to a spare 1 I have.
Have tried unplugging the cold start valve.
Any ideas>??

Thanks
