Did you use windows media player, ive never known it to find the right codec and it always give me that message. Have u tried updating divx from divx.com, were on version 5.2.1 or something now i think. I use a program called AVIcodec and it tells you what codecs you need for both audio and video, whether youve got them or not and gives u a link to download them.
