this is how it looked for a while after it was painted

then the headgasket decided to go so it came off the road for a while which turned out to be about a year and a half as i lost interest in it

while it was off the road i got hold of an efi xr3i which cost me £100 from a mate i was working with so i decided to go efi turbo


i thought as i was converting it to efi and was going to be changing the wiring loom i might aswell take the rest of the engine out to get the bay painted aswell



while it was off the road i also managed to find an erst bonnet with vents which cost me £60 so i smoothed the badge off aswell
