What temp are you seeing?

The pump is electric, mounted nearside front, you can see it through the front bumper vent. To prove its working if you take the top off the chargecooler header tank you should see a fine jet. Check the level only when cold / engine not running.

From Ford - £600 approx, look at the RSOC forum someone on there can get them for about £130.00

It you go front mounted intercooler the chargecooler / pump etc comes off
