also, get on ebay, theres a comapny called flow flex,

its the company deflex has become,
ive just bought front anti roll bar and front shock top mount bushes from them in polybush,

they also do rear beam mount and rear shock top mounts in polly bush.

if your seriouse about getting on the track, fit two rear anto roll bars and box ection the rear beam, this will get you lifting the inside rear wheel a treat.

also, dial the toe in for positive turn in,.
look at rose jointed or uprated front tie rod arms, and replace the anto roll bar drop links for new ones.

you can also fit the lower front strut brace from an xr3i mk5 which is alot stronger.

also, the zetec s rear beam is worth looking at for extra rear track and rear disks? this way you dont run a rear anto roll bar at all.
