Its so when they've given their lives to your company the State can pay them a pension to support them in their old age.

i actually work for some one and employ several people as well, if you knew fook all you would then know you cannot make them self employed other wise i would have, the governement stopped that for this very reason,
every one has to work, and as the reward you get paid, thats how it works, if your sick why is that my fault ?
just remind me why again i need to pay NI contributions for my staff over and above there own contribution
its because the government pisses is up against the wall on non related items - i.e wars, immigrants, lazy bastards as with all taxes. if everyone put in the same amount of work as the other then we would all be better off, but instead people like me have to pay extra for the mis-managed shit hole of a country.
oh and just another point for you Mr clever cunt - if i closed my business are you going to employ my staff when they are looking to CLAIM from your tax contributions ?
