ok ok maybe i was bold in my statement but its not complicated imo.

as long as its based on a derivative of a car and laden weight is not over 2 ton THEN normal speed limits apply

so your fiesta/corsa vans are standard speed limits

your sprinter/transit isnt

always check plated weight when driving commercial vehicles, some 10 tonners look like like 7.5t and you wouldnt know the diff by looking at them but if you dont have a cat C on your licence then its illegal
