The arms i beleive are around the 250-275 mark thats the fully adjustable rose jointed items, you can send him the ones you have too.

I have powerflex bushes around £150 for the kit which does the rear end and front anti roll bar. I also recommend a new steering rack surprising how postive it feels with a new reconditioned one and only a mere £30 in exchange.

Ian can supply the polybushes i believe.

As for shocks i have AVO work well but the finish quaitly of the product is not excellant, go for Gaz or look into spax coilovers i shall be for future..

again spring rates go for harder than they come with as they are just a fast road spec as standard.

The engine will fit in mate not a problem
