the F1 is a legend as well. it pushed the boundaries so far ahead of every other company that it stayed the fastest car in the world for years. solid gold engine bay because gold is the best head conductor for cooling, it doesnt have a radio because gordon murrey didnt listen to one.
id have both easily, shame they both cost a fair bit

Mclaren f1 roads cars DID have radios fitted, original items were made by Kenwood.
secondly the engine bays were NOT solid gold, but lined in gold film
was about to say the same thing! the F1 was plastered all over Kenwood's adverts/banners in the early 90's! definitely came with a radio, if you wanted something in the car or with the car, pay the money... and you'd get it! custom options! most F1's were individually specced out by the owners
and the gold, was lining like
MAD EVO 4 said, which i think was produced by 3M
to this day, you can still custom spec your F1 (if you buy it 2nd hand

) you get the option of sending it back to the factory for a full custom spec refit
check this F1 out

used to be a standard looking yellow roadcar
