start rowing,, then cycle then run for a bit,, THATS hard to do but when you warmed up its easier
then find a machine or a weight thats heavyish,, try it then go down,,,,, then after a while when you can lift 1 HEAVIER than that you will get a buzz
i find sundays i cant get into it..... hard to lift weights as i go early and need to wake up so i stick at it with lighter weights till i get more alert then get into it
when you are in PAIN,,,, and is stretching and you see your all swollen up you will look forward to the next time
ALWAYS go "pamper" yourself after training in the steamroom/sauna
i was like you,,,,, started back at the gym just over a year ago,,,, couldnt get into it as my mate was benching 45 to 50kg each side and i couldnt stop the bar fucking moving,, couldnt balance it unless i was 10kg each side
then one day after fucking about with the machines and lifting them, then doing curls i went and lifted 80kg on the chest press machine by accident,,,,,, but i lifted it and before i was struggling to lift 45kg on it
i went to the bar and lifted 25kg and done 8 reps,,,,,, ALMOST but no quite touching my chest
i got a sence of achivement and NOW,,,,, well im benching 40kg to my chest and u managed to lift 50kg each side and get it half way down for 6 reps though i cant do more than 2 reps almost touching my chest
on the chest machine we are BOTH now adding 40kg EXTRA weights to the machine and people stare at us and cant lift the 140kg on the machine,,,,,,, its a sort of arogance or just attention
either way its a buzz in the gym and we get along with everyone there,,,, where before i was just a weak fat cunt,,, now im looked at as a big strong guy,,,,,, nobody cares im a fat cunt still
