Cheers for the comments guys, its good to know that others share my passion for the car

The intercooler is a 4x4 cooler, the ends have been modified to get them past the front panel, the rad i had made special, the core is approx 3" to 4" thick, the length is still the same as is the mounting points, it still retains the original bottom mounts. its basically just a shorter version, the extra depth is to replace the top half of the rad.

if you look at the following pics you can see that the cooler sits nice behind the grill, with plenty of room to spare.
