how does this work on a series 2 rst??? k-jet

i noticed since i unplugged my cold start injector the car has started alot easier in the mornings, idles a little lower but runs fine. one problem has reared its head in that sometimes when you dip the clutch to come to a stop in traffic the car stalls. it starts up easy enough just gets a little annoying after the third or fourth time.

any way to fix this, or any ideas whats causing it???
