Have not done it for about 10 years,but what i can remember
Low fat everything ,boiled chicken,fish,not so many carbs such as bread and pasta.Baked potatoes are good as they tigthen the skin.
Training wise low weight and high reps.
I bought a BODYBUILDERS BOOK(LOUI FERRENGIE) The guy who played THE INCREDABLE HULK and he won MR UNIVERSE 3 TIMES. It had his diet and training routine.I just copyed that,but toned it down as i was not competing just wanted to show off in the summer.
