I was just interested really, as the fees were set up as far as I remember to help with bandwidth costs etc, but since you seem to have been screwed over as it were ( Does PF not fall under your intellectual property? ) . I was always happy to pay for gold membership as I belived it helped out genuine enthusiast such as yourself to pay for the time, dedication and hardware/software needed to run the place. Even now, you can't really complain IMHO about £10 a year to advertise to a big ford based audience. But now the place seems to have been pulled from under your feet , do people really want to see thier cash going to a faceless company who have no real interest in the scene other than the £££ they extract from it?

And I would feel the same if I was/ had been a MOD, no problem helping out for the greater good as it were as an enthusiast based site ( and I think apart from the silliness of a few weeks ago with threads moving ever 5 secs, the mods have done a great great job of keeping PF a largly happy and interesting place to talk to other petrol heads ), but why contiune to work for free and enforce rules for a company that does not apprecate your efforts or even have the decency to reply to the former co-owner/creator and former mods? ...
