Depends.. some glow plugs are hot and some are cold.. normally the bigger engines .21+ need run better with colder plugs (from my expierence) and the smaller engines .12 .15 run better with a hot glowplug.. also put it back to base settings and then lean it slightly as base settings always run rich.
