Right,

Its a 1994 106 1.5 non-turbo diesel.

Has problems starting (cranks quickly and eventually fires), much worse when cold.

So far has had 4 glow plugs and the relay/timer/ecu.

Other information includes the Rad has recently (6months ago) was replaced and now the heater matrix is leaking.

What do you think it is??!!
