Yep, as Neil said - mine ran upto 36psi at 3400rpm, and then held 32-33psi.
when we tried it on an MSD chip and Sheady gave the car a quick once over, it managed to spike to 38psi and still no sign of any problems or any detonation, but we capped it back to 36psi as thats where it had initially been when first setup by Steve Scott.
UT T38 imo is an awesome turbo if setup to compliment the rest of the engine
Engine had a compression of 7.6:1, standard Cams, very mild head work, EEC1V inlet, 2wd manifold and airs running on greys.
no idea what power it ever made but i did love the way the engine performed
