bought this a couple of months ago, been doing bits and bobs on it getting ready for track in 08.

jsut wondering if people can give me some advise, basically...

i'm after some rose jointed lwoer arms need to know the best place to go a friend bought deflex ones for his escort and they where utter garbage.

the car is on gaz coilovers, what are peoples opinions of these on mk3's?

and jsut general info on what suspension set ups people are finding the best and also what tyres work well on them

also what have people found to be the best manifolds to use? my mate bought a stainless one off ebay and has had no bother with it but i've been looking at an ashley one anybody had any experience with these?
