I have a K&N induction kit on my S2 but just wondered if i need a duct tube. The way i see it if i do put a duct tube the cold air that is sucked by the filter is only gonna get hot when it enters the turbo only for it to get cold again when it enters the intercooler. If i dont put a duct tube the hot air the filter sucks in is gonna stay hot when it goes through the turbo but goes cold when it goes through the intercooler. I was arguing the fact with a mate that theres no point of a cold air duct tube on a turbo car but would be needed on a normally aspirated engine. Am i right
