Obviously thats at trade prices but thats still a fair whack of profit in that. Didnt realise you could make that much!
Out of interest, how long would it take one builder to build that garage then?
Should have stated that was plus the garage door which was 600 so it cost me 2100.
Hardly a fair whack of profit when you got to:
Dig the base out and skip the waste
Concrete the base
Build the garage walls including pointing the inside of the walls too.
Form the roof and roofline
Tile the roof
Fit the door
Fit one small consumer unit, 2 double sockets and 1 light.
Takes approx 2 and half to3 weeks to complete so 4 - 5k isnt a big profit once wages come out
One side and rear of mine was concrete blocks too as there was no point in brickwork it was not seen. If it was all brickwork than youd be looking at 2500 materials
