A mate of mine had a huge sectional garage with a roller shutter and everything but it used to be very damp in there. He had to run a de-humidifier all the time through the autumn and winter.
He's now gone to a wooden one and its far better.
Much warmer, no condensation, cheaper than a concrete and not offensive to look at.

I have a concrete section garage
big, pitched asbestos roof, wooden section at back n front in roof and wooden barn style doors, I love it and I don't get condensation probs
its a great garage
