Yeah mate one back, one side then front is just piers. No its invoice price last one we did against house was 7m x 3m (so just over single) and was 6200 iirc.
Free standing single is about 7k.

Matt, concrete sectional will do its job OK. Wont add value to property and looks a bit crap imo
