Boiler bursting into flames is a bit over dramatic!

How many houses out there dont even have an rcd!

Granted its not the ideal solution but without him spendin some wedge he cant really do a lot himself to find out the problem. It doesnt take much to trip an rcd. There are to many things it could be with out looking into it.
