Lorries overtaking causes tailbacks.....if you cant see why you need your eyes testing.
I agree. Not all non-lorry traffic will be at (or above
)70mph - so when the slower, but not 56mph slow, people are trying to overtake you 2 slow ass trucks, you are going to get tailbacks.
