spoken to my solicitor , and unfortunatly theres nothing i can do
basicly they are correct in saying we didnt have a licence for 2 weeks so they can impose a fine if they wish (and they do) so even if i decided to argue with the help of my solicitor i will still end up having to pay whatever fine they see fit plus the £45 costs . these coonts have me by the short n curly's
