As Rob says. Triceps are what makes any arm look big. Do Bi's no more than twice a week @ 10 reps till failure for 3 sets.
Remember....Bi, meaning two, Tri meaning three.
Bi's are important though as a good peak to the arm really gives it tight look.
Ive always concentrated on a decent peak as shown........
