dont get me wrong, , I WILL overtake only if its 1 mph faster (cos 1mph is 'enough in reserve' ), but only on a 3 lane Motorway , cos then all other traffic have another lane

but saying that, i'm a night driver, under half the traffic, and 'slow' overtaking doesnt have so much of an impact
